Win a registered, running, titled scooter! Up for grabs is a flat black stretched Primavera frame with orange powder-coated detail. It has new tires and a newly rebuilt engine. You don't need to be present at the raffle to win, so make sure to leave your full name, phone number and email when purchasing your tickets.
